B.     DRUG COURT – Jared Harsin

1.       Consider request to submit a grant application to the Bureau of Justice Assistance for funding for the Shawnee County Drug Court Program and matching funding in an amount of $35,000.00.

C.    COUNTY TREASURER – Larry Wilson

1.       Consider request to increase the Treasurer’s 2010 budget by $58,325.00 for funding of the Accountant II position.
