1. Consider Contract C322-2010, amendment No. 1 to Contract C74-2010 for additional design services for the SW Carlson Road Bridge over Vassar Creek project—Public Works.
2. Consider Contract C323-2010 for annual maintenance for the County’s ERP system—Information Technology.
3. Consider request to use courtrooms on September 9th from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for Washburn’s moot court.
4. Acknowledge receipt of correspondence from Sheriff Barta regarding his intent to donate $5,000 to the Capital Area Crime Stoppers.

A. COUNTY CLERK – Cynthia Beck
1. Consider all voucher payments.
2. Consider correction orders.
3. Consider Resolution No. 2010-85 authorizing the County Clerk to cancel checks—Commissioner Buhler.
4. Acknowledge receipt of a road petition for vacation of a portion of NW 86th Street, approve petitioner’s bond, set road view date and appoint three disinterested householders as viewers.
B. PLANNING – Barry Beagle
1. Consider acceptance of public dedications for the final plat of Greco Lake Subdivision located at NW 94th Street and NW Wilson Road.
2. Consider acceptance of report regarding the conditional use permit for the Lower Silver Lake Sand Plant.
3. Consider Resolution No. 2010-86 for a conditional use permit to expand an existing off-river sand extraction operation at NW 17th Street and NW Landon Road—Commissioner Buhler.
4. Consider Resolution No. 2010-87 amending the district zoning classification from light industrial district to planned unit development on property at 5913 SW Topeka Blvd to allow salvage vehicles stored on the property to be dismantled—Commissioner Buhler.
