Section of 45th Street Closed in Culvert Replacement Project

SE 45^th Street over Tributary to Deer Creek, 0.4 miles West of SE Stubbs Road was closed during culvert replacement project. A cross road culvert has partially collapsed and undermined part of SE 45^th Street. Beginning Thursday November 5, 2009, SE 45^th Street will be closed to through traffic between SE Stanley Road and SE Stubbs Road in order to construct a replacement structure. A marked detour will be posted. Traffic on SE 45^th Street will be detoured onto SE Shawnee Heights Road, SE 6lst Street and SE Stubbs Road.
