Preliminary Hearing Date Set in Tecumseh Homicide Case
TOPEKA, KANSAS – A preliminary hearing date of December 28, 29 and 30 has been set for four defendants charged with premeditated murder in the first degree and conspiracy to commit premeditated murder in the first degree in connection with shooting death of Mr. Gerald S. Eberhardt, 51, Tecumseh, Kan., that occurred in the early morning hours of October 25, 2009.
Scott Michael Mosher, 19, Tecumseh, Kan.; Michelle Lynn Eberhardt, 43, Tecumseh, Kan.; Stephanie Ann Menard, 21, Topeka, Kan., and Derrick Dewayne Haase, 20, Topeka, Kan. are set to appear in Shawnee County District County, Division 15, on December 28, 2009 at 9 am for a preliminary hearing that is scheduled to last through December 30, 2009.
As in all criminal cases, a person is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The charging documents filed merely contain allegations of criminal conduct.
