Processing Instructions
All applications are filed with the Shawnee County Planning Department by noon on the deadline date. Filing fees are to be made payable to the Shawnee County Treasurer. The Planning Department is located at 1515 NW Saline, Suite 102, Topeka, Kansas 66618. Phone 785.291.5410.
The Planning Commission conducts an informational meeting with staff on the Friday preceding the Public Hearing. The informational meetings are held in the Planning Department at 7:30 a.m. and are open to the public.
In conjunction with the Preliminary Plat Phase, a Final Plat may only be filed with prior approval by the Planning Director.
