All applications are filed with the Shawnee County Planning Department by noon on the deadline date. Filing fees are to be made payable to the Shawnee County Treasurer. The Planning Department is located at 1515 NW Saline, Suite 102, Topeka, Kansas 66618. Phone (785) 291-5410.
The Planning Commission conducts an informational meeting with staff on the Friday preceding the Public Hearing. The informational meetings are held in the Planning Department at 7:30 am and are open to the public.
