Home Rule Resolutions

  • HR-2003-13: A Resolution Relating to the Disposition of Obsolete, Surplus, Unused, or Unneeded Personal Property of Shawnee County
  • HR-2009-2: A Resolution Establishing Purchasing Procedures Involving the Expenditure of County Funds

Bids must be securely sealed in an envelope addressed and marked on the outside with the name and address of bidder, quotation number and closing date in the lower left-hand corner. Bids by telephone or telegraph, or facsimile will not be accepted.
