2018 Election Calendar
|Sept. 6||Local & Township Reports of Expenditures/Contributions due||Sept. 22||Federal Service Ballots to be Mailed|
|Oct. 16||LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE|
|Oct. 17||Advance Voting ballots can begin being mailed|
|Oct. 22||Advance Voting in the Election Office begins 8am to 7pm|
|Oct. 30||Last day to mail ballots from the Election Office|
|Nov. 2||Last day of extended office hours: 8am to 7pm|
|Nov. 5||NOON deadline for advance voting in the Election Office|
|Nov. 6||GENERAL ELECTION DAY 7am to 7pm||Nov. 15||County Board of Canvassers meets at 9 a.m. in Election Office|
It is “Road Construction Season” and many projects are underway in Topeka and Shawnee County. Some may affect your usual route to your voting place. Access is available to all Shawnee County voting places, but alternate route/access may be necessary for some locations. Therefore, you may want to plan your route before the November 6, 2018, General Election. Advance voting is available for your convenience. Please contact the Election Office for hours and details. 785-251-5900.
